Dr. Connor’s subspecialty interests include hepatology and celiac disease. She has presented her research in hepatology at national and international meetings. She has also pursued additional training in nutrition and was certified as a culinary medicine specialist in 2023.
Dr. Connor serves as the site director for the University of Minnesota gastroenterology fellows and is involved with teaching trainees in the clinic and hospital as well as lecturing at the citywide educational lecture series.
She serves on the MNGI Diversity and Inclusion committee. She leads a Women in Gastroenterology group and loves to connect with people and build community. Read More >>
