DHPA Opposes Most Favored Nation Rule Announced by CMS

The MFN Rule could dramatically restrict patient access to infusion medications administered in physician offices, especially for patients with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, which are both major categories of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Broad Physician Coalition Urges Trump Administration to Issue Final Rules to Modernize Stark

The Digestive Health Physician Association and eighteen groups representing physicians who provide care for millions of Americans urged the Trump Administration to issue final rules to modernize the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback statute (AKS) so that physicians can better provide coordinated care, which improves outcomes and lowers costs.
