DHPA Welcomes Three New Members

We are excited to announce our membership has grown by three practices since July, and we are happy to welcome Gastroenterology Associates of the Piedmont in North Carolina, South Jersey Gastroenterology in New Jersey, and Connecticut Gastroenterology Consultants. DHPA’s membership has now risen to an astounding 64 members, including 1,500 gastroenterologists and other physician specialists who provide care for 2 million people in nearly 4 million distinct patient encounters annually.

Gastroenterology Associates of the Piedmont, PA consists of two of the leading and longest established gastroenterology practices in the Piedmont Triad in North Carolina. Salem Gastroenterology Associates, established in 1979, and Piedmont Gastroenterology Specialists, established in 1957, merged in 2013 to form what is known as “GAP.” Together, the group offers some of the most respected physician names in the Piedmont Triad community.

For over 25 years, South Jersey Gastroenterology has been one of this area’s leaders in comprehensive care for all gastrointestinal diseases and disorders. Their 10 board certified gastroenterologists are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care, while developing a relationship that allows patients to feel comfortable and welcome.

Connecticut Gastroenterology Consultants PC offers advanced care in all conditions involving the liver and gastrointestinal system. The group is comprised of leading experts in the field of gastroenterology and hepatology. Their physicians are nationally-recognized, and have been committed to serving the people of Connecticut for over twenty years.
