We’re excited to announce that Idaho Gastroenterology Associates, LLC and Illinois Gastroenterology Institute have joined the ranks of DHPA, further strengthening the voice of independent gastroenterologists on important policy and regulatory issues.
Established in 1976, Idaho Gastroenterology Associates has grown with the Treasure Valley community and is now the largest Gastroenterology practice in the state of Idaho. They currently have ten physicians, three nurse practitioners and one Physician Assistant who work together to provide the best quality of care possible for patients. Their referral area is broad and comprises southern Idaho, eastern Oregon and northern Nevada.
Illinois Gastroenterology Institute (IGI) is the largest downstate Illinois practice, and offers both medical and surgical services for the diagnoses and treatment gastroenterology conditions. With 11 physicians and two nurse practitioners, the IGI team brings together extensive experience and cutting edge knowledge to offer our patients the best possible care.
This brings DHPA’s membership to 60 practices located in 30 states. Our member practices include more than 1,300 gastroenterologists and other physician specialists who provide care for 2 million people in nearly 4 million distinct patient encounters annually.
